Click on comments icon in header.
Comment section appears.
Please note! It’s possible to add comments only to saved drafts or envelopes.
Please note! Comments can be applied only to whole section, table or table-cell
Select place where you want to add comment.
Right-click on the desired paragraph and select “Comment”.
Write a comment in the window that appears.
Click on visibility link to select who will be able to see this comment.
If you picked “Selected mailboxes” option you will need to add all desired mailboxes one by one in this window.
Click Save in visibility window and Save in comment window. Comment appeared. Also you can see highlighted section on envelope to which this comment attached. (Note that if you unchecked all options in visibility window comment will be visible only to your mailbox.)
You can edit visibility level of your comment by clicking visibility link near it.
Click to a “Reply” on initial comment.
Enter your reply message and click “Save”.
New message appeared in comment thread.
Please note! You can edit only your comments
Click on “Edit” (only for initial comment in thread) or edit icon (for comments inside thread).
Edit your comment and click “Save”.
Comment was edited.
Please note! You can delete only your comments
Please note! If you delete the initial comment all comment thread will be deleted.
Click on delete icon.
Confirm deletion of the comment.
Please note! You can resolve only your comment threads.
Please note! You can resolve only active comment threads.
Click on resolve icon.
Comment resolved. Now this comment thread is located in resolved comment section. Also highlighted section on envelope to which this comment attached is removed in case when it’s last comment attached to this section.
Please note! You can reopen only your comment threads.
Please note! You can reopen only solved comment threads.
Click on reopen icon.
Comment reopened. Now this comment thread is located in active comment section. Also highlighted section on envelope to which this comment attached is added in case when it’s the first comment attached to this section.
